I am currently unable to accept new clients.
I have most experience working with LGBTQIA+ identity, complex trauma, oppression, disability, and anxiety/depression. I can provide tools to support you in finding meaningful ways to connect with yourself and others as you bravely step forward in your journey. I embrace integrating your personal belief systems and healing practices into our work.
I have additional training in ERP for OCD and EMDR/Flash for trauma. I am also currently undergoing training in the use of psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theories through the Western Pennsylvania Community for Psychoanalytic Therapies.
I believe deeply in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. Toxic shame thrives in isolation and silence. I will always strive to show up for you with authenticity, compassion, warmth, and intentionality in our work together.
My life experience includes being part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My therapy style is informed by social justice principles and anti-oppressive frameworks. I am invested in naming and addressing the ways that systems of oppression impact mental health.
